Corporate Development Analyst (Finance)

Location: Milwaukee, WI; hybrid

Salary: $81,280–$121,920 annually. Geographic-specific structures may apply based on candidate location.

What you will do

• Build financial models and valuation analyses using comparable company, comparable transaction, and discounted cash flow methods.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative business cases for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare models, written memos, presentations, and oral presentations for senior business leaders.
• Partner with business leaders and teammates to evaluate opportunities supporting the multi-year strategy.
• Support due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning for transactions.
• Research financial services mergers, acquisitions, and partnership trends.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in accounting, economics, finance, or mathematics with a record of academic excellence.
• One to three years of experience in accounting, banking, consulting, finance, or insurance.
• Strong accounting knowledge, financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leadership.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, intellectual curiosity, and sense of urgency.
