Location: New York, NY; legally eligible to work at the specified location

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 annually, plus potential incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Support live financing and advisory mandates through analysis, workstream coordination, and client deliverables.
• Develop financial models and perform valuation, feasibility, financial statement, and credit analysis.
• Coordinate with clients during due diligence and help move transactions forward.
• Mentor Analysts in financial modelling, transaction execution, and investment banking practices.
• Conduct industry, company, and comparative research across sports, media, entertainment, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Prepare proposals and presentations and collaborate on financing solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, transaction execution, or advisory services.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, financial statement analysis, credit analysis, and accounting.
• Strong communication, client relationship, execution, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Experience in or demonstrated interest in sports, media, entertainment, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Knowledge of private equity, wealth management, or high-net-worth client markets.
