Logistics Analyst (Dispatcher On-site)

Location: Huntington Beach, California, USA; in-person position

Pay range: $66,900–$70,304 per year, depending on locality.

What you will do

• Coordinate drivers, trucks, containers, and daily service routes to maximize capacity, productivity, safety, and customer service.
• Analyze route data and update same-day and next-day plans using the internal routing platform.
• Monitor routes in progress, resolve delays and service issues, and communicate continuously with drivers and affected customers.
• Review route sequencing, swing-route opportunities, disposal plans, load capacity, and driver performance.
• Respond to missed pickups, schedule customer requests, and develop measures to prevent recurring service failures.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on disposal plans and operational changes.

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
• Skill with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Two years of experience in dispatching or a similar leadership role preferred.
