Centralized Dispatcher (Logistics)

What you will do

• Plan courier routes and schedule pickup and delivery jobs using dispatch software.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery requests with hirify.global Office locations, automated document facilities, customers, couriers, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor courier schedules, balance workloads, and reassign jobs when breakdowns or interruptions occur.
• Communicate delivery details, timing, and special instructions to couriers and customers.
• Handle customer concerns, escalate unresolved issues, and assist couriers during vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
• Support quality initiatives and identify opportunities to improve internal processes, reduce waste, and optimize profitability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least one year of experience in dispatch, customer service, and/or delivery.
• Experience compiling and interpreting data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, plus experience in a Windows-based technical environment.
• Ability to communicate with couriers nationwide using company-provided mobile phones.
• Willingness to work different shifts and report regularly to the physical work location during established business hours.
