Bilingual Relationship Banker Business Specialist (Spanish)

Location: In-office at 5075 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60632, United States

Base salary: $63,000–$105,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and expand consumer and business banking relationships for businesses with less than $2MM in sales revenue.
• Generate leads, conduct appointments inside and outside the branch, and manage referrals through onboarding and servicing.
• Build relationships with ecosystem partners across wealth management, private banking, business banking, and mortgage services.
• Recommend tailored solutions covering deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
• Work with branch leadership and banking partners to identify opportunities, grow client loyalty, and expand share of wallet.
• Follow banking policies, manage risk, support branch operations, and resolve customer problems accurately and courteously.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Bachelor’s degree; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered instead.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to complete additional background checks required by banking regulations.
