Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: El Reno, Oklahoma, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $72,360.00–$108,540.00 per year

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate daily production line activities, schedules, assignments, and coordination between teams.
• Create production, tooling, performance, and inventory reports, and recommend improvements to safety, productivity, and quality.
• Maintain and update operating procedure, safety, and quality documentation.
• Supervise production line employees, monitor performance, onboard new hires, and resolve scheduling and work conflicts.
• Promote internal communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of problem-solving methods for organizational, operational, and process issues.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of performance management, planning, organizing, decision-making, and critical-thinking techniques.
• Strong communication skills and accuracy with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, crouch, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week and wear required protective footwear and PPE.
