Facilities Services Leader, Alexandria Plant (Manufacturing)

Location: Alexandria Plant, United States; onsite plant-based role. Travel of 10–25% is required. Willingness to consider relocation throughout the career is expected.

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year.

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and master plan for plant facilities services in partnership with vendors and site leadership.
• Oversee safety, quality, budget, cost, stewardship, operational excellence, maintenance planning, and service performance.
• Manage escalation and problem-solving processes, including root-cause analysis, defect management, PDCA cycles, and action planning.
• Drive productivity, validated savings, innovation, technology adoption, and employee experience improvements with HR and other stakeholders.
• Manage audits, scorecards, compliance processes, financial controls, purchase orders, negotiated rates, and contractual obligations.
• Lead internal and external collaboration, vendor relationships, KPI monitoring, and communication of service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of facilities experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, technical problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience leading projects, managing timelines and budgets, and delivering results in a changing manufacturing environment.
• Leadership potential, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from operators to senior management.
• Ability to work at the Alexandria plant, travel 10–25%, and consider relocation opportunities throughout the career.
