Lead - IT Applications - Training (Epic)

Location: Hybrid, must reside in Arizona; Deer Valley, Phoenix, Arizona. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with travel to hirify.global and affiliated sites and an on-call rotation.

What you will do

• Lead the continuous development, deployment, integration, support, and training of vendor-provided enterprise applications.
• Analyze application functionality and healthcare workflows to define requirements and develop solutions for clinical, financial, and business systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, workflow improvements, enhancement requests, and issue resolution for users and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor department personnel, support professional growth plans, and promote accountability for team deliverables.
• Lead complex implementations, workgroups, change-management activities, and technical projects using established IT methodologies.
• Support incidents, upgrades, patches, and project work through an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona and work in a hybrid arrangement.
• Epic certification is required or must be obtained within the designated timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or four years of related work experience.
• At least five years of healthcare, consulting, or IT experience involving application software, workflow processes, or healthcare business, clinical, or financial systems.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and project leadership skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to hirify.global and affiliated sites and participate in on-call support.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in healthcare, business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Leadership experience in a lead, supervisor, or manager role.
• Eight years of relevant healthcare, consulting, or IT experience.
