Data Analytics Internship (AI)

Location: Onsite at Plant 3 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Local travel only. Relocation is available, but applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $18.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Build and maintain data processing and enrichment pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Synapse.
• Explore telemetric datasets and identify actionable insights for engineering, manufacturing, and customer experience teams.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests that support day-to-day business decisions.
• Apply statistical methods and research techniques to solve analytical problems.
• Present findings and recommendations through reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Be in the final year of an undergraduate or graduate program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Have foundational skills in statistics, programming, database querying, and data visualization.
• Have exposure to AI concepts such as agent building, prompt engineering, or machine learning workflows.
• Be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Be available for 20–40 hours per week depending on student availability and workload.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Coursework or projects involving time-series, IoT, or telemetric data.
• Experience communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Experience building or maintaining agentic AI workflows.
