TL;DR
Applied AI & Analytics Co-op Opportunities (AI/Analytics): Building production-ready AI solutions, analytics workflows, dashboards, reports, and models that turn business data into actionable insights with an accent on prompt engineering, data preparation, and workflow automation. Focus on developing agentic workflow prototypes, analyzing messy datasets, and communicating recommendations to business stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA, Miami, FL, or New York, NY, United States.
Hourly pay range: $26–$35 USD.

What you will do
- Scope, analyze, and deliver defined business problems from data gathering through communicating insights.
- Design, test, and document AI prompts, workflows, and data preparation pipelines.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models used by internal teams.
- Identify trends, data gaps, and inconsistencies, then translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop agentic workflow prototypes and use AI tools to automate analytical processes and reduce manual effort.
- Present findings and recommendations to team leads and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Current student in a related bachelor's, master's, or PhD program, or a graduate of such a program within the past year.
- Availability for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with at least 3 onsite days per week in Needham, Miami, or New York.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience building with AI, including LLMs, automation workflows, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools, plus experience with real-world or messy datasets.
- Structured problem-solving, strong communication, presentation skills, and interest in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic AI workflows and enterprise-scale AI deployments.
- Interest in 's AI initiatives, including Jailbreak AI, Jailbreak EDU, or AI innovation awards.
