Applied AI & Analytics Intern (AI)

Location: Hybrid; full-time onsite presence required at least 3 days per week in Miami, Florida, or Needham, Massachusetts, United States.

Salary: $26–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Scope and analyze business questions by gathering, organizing, cleaning, and preparing relevant data.
• Design and iterate AI prompts to extract actionable insights from business datasets.
• Build dashboards, reports, and simple analytical models with AI tools for internal teams.
• Identify trends, patterns, data gaps, and inconsistencies in real-world datasets.
• Contribute to agentic workflow prototypes that automate manual, high-friction business processes.
• Prepare materials and presentations communicating findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with at least 3 days per week onsite in Miami, FL, or Needham, MA.
• Currently pursuing a related bachelor's, master's, or PhD program, or graduated from one within the past year.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, including LLMs, automation workflows, or agent frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools and experience with real-world or messy datasets.
• Structured problem-solving, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience presenting analytical findings to management.
