Business Operations & Corporate Functions Intern (AI)

Location: Needham, Massachusetts, United States; full-time onsite-hybrid schedule

Hourly pay range: $26–$35 USD per hour

What you will do

• Support analysis, planning, reporting, and process improvement for commercial and corporate functions.
• Build dashboards, reports, models, and trackers used for sales, retail, supply, finance, and operational decisions.
• Analyze sales, market, inventory, forecast, product costing, and financial data to develop recommendations.
• Support global expansion, localized product launches, supply planning, purchase orders, SKU replenishment, and S&OP activities.
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, communications, legal and regulatory research, privacy assessments, and ESG reporting depending on team placement.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders while owning a meaningful project end to end.

Requirements

• Current student in, or recent graduate of, a relevant bachelor's, master's, or PhD program such as business, finance, accounting, economics, supply chain, analytics, marketing, human resources, communications, or pre-law.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, on an onsite-hybrid schedule in Needham, Massachusetts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and modeling, plus confidence with PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage confidential financial, employee, and legal information and work effectively across functions, regions, and time zones.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, financial modeling, reporting, CRM, LMS, Workday, Greenhouse, Canva, or OneTrust.
• Knowledge of S&OP, purchase order management, inventory planning, distribution center operations, retail fundamentals, or change management.
• Experience with AI and automation for business process improvement.
• Consumer packaged goods or consumer products experience.
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency for LATAM and international markets.
