Business Analytics Analyst (AI)

Location: Flexible hybrid model; in-person interviews may be required for positions based in Boston or Dublin.

Salary: $76,000–$96,000 USD annual base salary / On-Target Earnings.

What you will do

• Conduct exploratory data analysis across disparate data sources with assistance from AI tools.
• Partner with decision-makers to frame analytical work and communicate findings clearly.
• Identify, validate, and investigate causal relationships in important business mechanisms.
• Implement metrics for business performance and experiments.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Advocate for stronger use of data in business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, analytics, economics, or a related field, or equivalent analytical experience; a relevant master’s degree is also suitable.
• 2+ years of professional experience in analysis and reporting, including data visualization, to influence understanding and decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, hypothesis-driven reasoning, communication, and project-management skills.
• Fluent SQL and proficiency with an analytical tool.
• Experience or understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts.
• Ability to work with ambiguous data, understand business systems and goals, and derive meaningful insights.

• Experience with Git, Python, and large language models.
