Senior Analytics Consultant (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $97,900–$133,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead complex analytics initiatives supporting strategic priorities and operational performance.
• Partner with business leaders to define problems, formulate hypotheses, identify opportunities, and develop recommendations.
• Manage analytics engagements from intake and discovery through analysis, solution development, stakeholder alignment, and implementation support.
• Analyze large pharmacy, sales, operational, and other business datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Design metrics, analytical frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to executive, operational, technical, and cross-functional audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of analytics experience, or master’s degree and 3+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience serving as a consultative analytics partner and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects across the full analytics lifecycle, from business intake through delivery and implementation support.
• Progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting and visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
• Experience communicating insights to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in informatics, analytics, business analytics, healthcare analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with pharmacy, payer, provider, sales, or operational data.
• Experience using SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Python, or similar tools for business decision-making.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn new business domains and analytical approaches quickly.
