Manager - Commercial Operations & Analytics (Life Sciences)

Location: Durham, United States; hybrid. What you will do

• Lead ongoing client engagements, project execution, process improvements, and transitions of new deliverables.
• Oversee proposals, methodology, timelines, budgets, statements of work, invoices, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Design complex enhancements for reports, online tools, and data processes.
• Direct data processing and analytics teams delivering executive dashboards, field reports, triggered alerts, scorecards, and other analyses.
• Build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and develop new offerings or practice areas.
• Lead, motivate, train, and mentor diverse global teams while supporting recruiting and employee development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 8–10 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry, including data management, sales operations, commercial analytics, and BI/reporting.
• Coding experience with SAS, Python, SQL, or similar tools, plus data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, people management, and project management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without current or future employer sponsorship.
