Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

Location: In-office at 100 W South Boundary St, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551, United States

Base salary: $70,125–$116,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue generation, customer loyalty, and financial results.
• Use consultative sales and business development to grow consumer and business relationships.
• Coach the team to deliver technology-enabled, omni-channel customer experiences and resolve client issues.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch employees while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal ecosystem partners and support community involvement activities.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a university degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, communicate effectively, and deliver results.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Subject to additional background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and Section 19 of the FDIA.
