Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: In-office at the California and Armitage branch, 2800 W Armitage Ave, Chicago, IL 60647

Base salary: $84,150–$140,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Drive consumer and business household acquisition, share-of-wallet growth, business development, and community involvement.
• Coach employees on consultative selling, technology-enabled customer interactions, and financial solutions.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales-practice, and business risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and established banking policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, banking products, customer counseling, and sales management.
• Experience with people management, customer experience, decision-making, and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful candidates are subject to additional background checks under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
