Credit Products Commercial Portfolio Manager (Commercial Credit)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States

Salary range target: $102,859.35–$123,243.50 USD annually, plus discretionary incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the commercial credit process for prospects and clients, working with relationship managers and centers of influence.
• Develop financing structures that address commercial borrowing needs.
• Underwrite, structure, and document complex and large commercial transactions above the designated threshold.
• Manage the assigned portfolio by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and developing credit solutions and remediation plans.
• Maintain credit process metrics and oversee risk evaluation and compliance requirements, including AML, CRA/HMDA, and Reg B.
• Review interim new-money requests within the defined authority limit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in commercial underwriting.
• Subject matter expert-level understanding of accounting, finance, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Work location: Memphis, Tennessee.

Nice to have

• Completion of a major corporate credit training program or equivalent corporate banking or corporate finance experience.
