Vice President, Consulting (AWS)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid work with time in the office and at home.

Base salary: $302,200–$324,900 annually, plus quarterly profit sharing based on company performance.

What you will do

• Generate and close a consulting pipeline for cloud, data, and AI opportunities, primarily through AWS and related partner ecosystems.
• Own strategic Dallas-market accounts and expand client relationships through modern cloud, data, and AI solutions.
• Lead complex engagements from estimation through strategy, architecture, implementation, and change enablement.
• Build relationships with AWS field teams and use co-sell programs, funding, and marketplace mechanisms to accelerate opportunities.
• Shape the Dallas cloud, data, and AI go-to-market strategy with industry and business-unit leaders.
• Mentor Principals, senior managers, and architects while developing certification paths and technical depth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technology consulting experience across IT strategy, custom development, cloud migrations, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and platform modernization.
• Proven success developing clients and closing multi-phase cloud, data, and AI transformation engagements.
• Recent experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Anthropic, or similar partner ecosystems, including partner-sourced pipeline, joint account planning, marketplace, and co-sell mechanisms.
• Experience leading complex engagements involving multiple teams, partners, and vendors, including planning, delivery, risk, and resource management.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and AI/ML delivery patterns.
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship. Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or comparable experience.
