Associate Director, Corporate Strategy- Enterprise AI Transformation (AI)

Location: USA - New York City, NY. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Salary: $160,100–$286,000 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with functional leaders, process owners, Finance, Data, Technology, HR, and subject-matter experts to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Diagnose workflows, bottlenecks, costs, delays, quality issues, capacity constraints, risks, and revenue opportunities.
• Define business and operational KPIs, establish credible baselines, reconcile data, and address data gaps.
• Build driver-based models and business cases covering value, investment, operating costs, feasibility, risk, and implementation complexity.
• Design measurement approaches for pilots and scaled deployments, compare realized results with expectations, and recommend scaling, modification, pausing, or stopping initiatives.
• Develop enterprise-level AI value views, analytical frameworks, executive materials, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, analytics, or a related quantitative discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, transformation, performance improvement, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• Experience developing analytical models, defining KPIs, establishing performance baselines, assessing opportunities, and translating operational improvements into financial impact.
• Strong structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, business judgment, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience synthesizing complex information and developing recommendations for senior management.
• Role location: New York City, USA; onsite participation may be required during the hiring process.
