Business Immigration Counsel

Location: Remote within the United States, but candidates must reside in a state where hirify.global has a physical office. Participation in the firm's annual in-person attorney retreat is required.

Salary: $170,000 annually.

What you will do

• Review immigration petitions for the full range of U.S. employment visas.
• Handle matters in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
• Conduct legal research and write affidavits and briefs.
• Manage cases, prioritize work, and take initiative throughout the case lifecycle.
• Proofread and edit legal documents while maintaining strong reading comprehension and time management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Active law license and good standing in the primary state of residence are required.
• At least 5 years of experience practicing business immigration as a licensed attorney.
• Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong organizational skills.
