Corporate Counsel (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Remote within the United States or from a hirify.global office in the U.S. region

Salary: $160,000–$185,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Provide legal counsel to multiple commercial real estate business lines, with a focus on brokerage services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Advise on legal risks, risk management, and general commercial law matters.
• Review internal shared-services documentation, including leases, vendor agreements, and procurement documents.
• Support senior legal colleagues and business-line leadership with legal research and special projects.
• Build collaborative relationships with employees and advise service-line professionals on business objectives and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar and good standing are required.
• 3–8 years of legal experience; commercial real estate or professional services experience is preferred.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong business acumen, practical legal judgment, organization, time management, and project management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
