What you will do

• Lead the harmonization of Planning and Procurement processes, routines, responsibilities, and governance across the site.
• Own SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse planning capabilities, including configuration, maintenance, adoption, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Improve planning data quality, master data governance, signal integrity, and automation while reducing manual work and duplicate effort.
• Develop metrics and visual management for plan adherence, material availability, inventory health, capacity constraints, and execution risks.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Digital and Technology teams on system improvements and corrective actions.
• Coach team members, maintain standard work and training materials, and communicate risks, decisions, and required actions to leadership.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree with 4 years; or an associate's degree with 8 years; or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working in teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation related to the role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or another GMP-regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Kinaxis RapidResponse, including planning master data, transactional execution, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading integrated supply, material, procurement, or production planning, as well as process harmonization, system implementation, digital enablement, or automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, problem-solving, governance, and continuous-improvement skills.
