Location: Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, United States; 10–15% travel to support sites and projects

What you will do
- Develop and maintain production capacity plans based on inventory levels, production speed, and product demand.
- Analyze forecast data and prepare operations for changes in volume.
- Monitor plant schedules and backlog to optimize product placement, availability, lead times, and shipping attainment.
- Determine inventory levels that maximize service while minimizing costs.
- Manage assigned customer programs and maintain tracking and planning files for dairy and beverage markets.
- Drive continuous process improvement and support the Director of Supply Planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning or production scheduling; 5–7 years preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate with internal and external resources.
- Ability to interact with a high degree of diplomacy and lead by example.
- ERP experience, preferably SAP; software implementation experience is preferred.
