Base compensation: $173,504–$275,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for the 340B TPA business, supporting growth, profitability, customer retention, and service excellence.
• Lead business planning, quarterly business reviews, performance reporting, governance, and strategic initiative execution.
• Drive operational transformation, platform modernization, process redesign, scalability, and technology enablement.
• Partner with Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Implementation teams to improve customer outcomes and service delivery.
• Ensure operational processes support federal 340B regulations, contractual obligations, internal controls, business continuity, and audit readiness.
• Build and develop a high-performing business operations organization, including directors, managers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Pharmacy, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, healthcare technology, SaaS, consulting, or operations.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience managing directors, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with executive-level business reviews, operating metrics, strategic planning, financial planning, and operational performance management.
• Deep knowledge of 340B regulations, contract pharmacy trends, and industry best practices.
