VP, Clinical Operations Transformation

Location: Remote; Nashville, TN preferred

Salary: $235,000–$253,900 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus

hirify.global is a physician-led U.S. radiology practice that provides clinical services to hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and referring physicians.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise programs that transform how radiologists work, from initial concept through implementation, measurement, and executive reporting.
• Define program success criteria and maintain consistent, defensible, and actionable performance measurement.
• Partner with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Technology teams to align initiatives with enterprise strategy and drive adoption across practices.
• Build analytics and reporting across worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling data to turn program results into operational action.
• Design and operate the Physician Performance Management program, including clinical, operational, and financial metrics.
• Lead the Time-Based Work Unit infrastructure, including physician work valuation, allocation across exams, and technical implementation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, analytics, or strategy, ideally in a multi-site healthcare organization.
• Working knowledge of worklist, RIS, billing, and scheduling systems.
• Experience with physician productivity and compensation methodologies, including RVU and wRVU systems.
• Hands-on fluency in performance analytics, Excel, automated analytics platforms, financial modeling, and metric design.
• Ability to influence physicians and senior leaders, lead change, build trust with skeptics, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
