Vice President, Clinical Service Operations

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $250,000–$270,000 annually

hirify.global develops an AI Digital Twin platform for metabolic health, using data from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs with clinical care-team support.

What you will do

• Own the balance between clinical supply and member demand, including forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and utilization.
• Ensure enrollment has sufficient onboarding-visit capacity, sensor support, and human backup for failed automated steps.
• Build and govern clinical supply structures across roles, skills, languages, licensing, credentialing, client growth, and innovation programs.
• Own practice infrastructure, including scheduling templates, visit types, reporting, dashboards, and operational performance visibility.
• Improve service reliability by reducing missed visits, late cancellations, technical failures, and workflow losses.
• Manage operational finance, COGS, budgets, headcount approvals, and capacity planning in partnership with Finance and HR.

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience, including leadership of virtual, telehealth, or multi-site clinical operations at scale.
• Deep expertise in workforce management, supply-demand modeling, forecasting, scheduling, and staffing ratios.
• Experience delivering care-team capacity for onboarding or enrollment functions, ideally in virtual care, digital health, or consumer health.
• Experience owning operational budgets, COGS, headcount planning, and unit economics.
• Experience building scheduling systems, appointment structures, operational reporting, or dashboards.
• Proven cross-functional and people leadership across clinical, HR, finance, product, and technology teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in value-based care, chronic or metabolic care, or digital health.
• Familiarity with clinical workforce tooling and telehealth delivery platforms.
• Experience building independently with Claude.
