Location: Hybrid in San Jose, CA or Dallas, TX, USA
Salary: $120,000–$263,000 OTE (base + variable bonus)

What you will do
- Build lasting relationships with accounts, acting as the primary technology partner for solutions.
- Develop and drive vertical Go-To-Market strategies through distribution teams to expand assortment and market share.
- Set and track performance metrics for distribution accounts, aligning with channel and company objectives.
- Ensure smooth execution of distribution operations, including order management, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to align distributor initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and competitive insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience working with Distribution and Retail Channels.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to finding new opportunities in a growing business.
- Strong sales and communication skills, capable of delivering effective presentations.
- Ability to build key relationships across all necessary levels with partners.
- Business and industry knowledge with a proven ability to build relationships with distribution and consumer partners.
- Strong collaboration skills for successful Go-To-Market deployment in a matrixed environment.
- Must be open to hybrid work in San Jose, CA or Dallas, TX.
- Willingness to travel (40%).
