Salary: $120,000–$263,000 OTE (base + variable bonus)

What you will do

  • Build lasting relationships with accounts, acting as the primary technology partner for hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop and drive vertical Go-To-Market strategies through distribution teams to expand assortment and market share.
  • Set and track performance metrics for distribution accounts, aligning with channel and company objectives.
  • Ensure smooth execution of distribution operations, including order management, inventory, and logistics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to align distributor initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and competitive insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience working with Distribution and Retail Channels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to finding new opportunities in a growing business.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, capable of delivering effective presentations.
  • Ability to build key relationships across all necessary levels with partners.
  • Business and industry knowledge with a proven ability to build relationships with distribution and consumer partners.
  • Strong collaboration skills for successful Go-To-Market deployment in a matrixed environment.
  • Must be open to hybrid work in San Jose, CA or Dallas, TX.
  • Willingness to travel (40%).
