Store Manager (Retail)

Location: Madrid, Spain; the role is based at the hirify.global store in San Sebastian de Los Reyes and requires shift work, including evenings and weekends.

hirify.global is an international mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, producing footwear, apparel, skis, bindings, and outdoor equipment.

What you will do

• Build, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
• Manage store performance across people, operations, finance, and customer experience.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and remain visible on the shop floor.
• Manage inventory, operational standards, health and safety, and loss prevention.
• Deliver retail KPIs, P&L results, budgets, and operating expense targets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development with the Assistant Store Manager.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a retail leadership position, ideally in footwear.
• Strong people-management, customer-service, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for sports and fashion with a professional, adaptable, and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of key retail performance indicators.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends.
