Banking Services Operations Associate III - Consumer Payments & Maintenance

What you will do

• Process consumer payments, payoffs, exception payments, dealer payoffs, and consumer and mortgage maintenance updates.
• Review and validate standardized documents and prepare basic documentation.
• Research mid-complexity maintenance, processing, and payoff issues and complete entry-level reconciliations.
• Perform routine exception processing and maintain accurate customer and account records.
• Complete daily quality reviews and provide feedback on work performed by the offshore processing team.
• Coordinate with internal partners, customers, and vendors while following applicable laws, regulations, risk standards, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, or a combination of at least two years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Proven internal and external customer service experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Specialized knowledge of servicing systems, products, policies, and regulations is required for the role.

• At least one year of relevant experience.
