What you will do

• Process liquidation workout solutions for defaulted borrowers to help avoid foreclosure and mitigate losses.
• Research prior workout reviews and determine eligibility for short sales and deeds in lieu.
• Analyze financial statements, loan documents, and related data to determine appropriate workout solutions.
• Review submitted documents, provide feedback, and return failed submissions for correction and resubmission.
• Conduct gain/loss analyses comparing potential future losses with short sale, deed-in-lieu, and cash-for-keys outcomes.
• Ensure activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• High proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Experience with first- and second-mortgage liens and short sale or liquidation processes is preferred.
• Ability to work in the Moorpark, California office.
