Web Developer (SharePoint)

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop, revise, maintain, and support web-based training, online courses, training portals, websites, graphics, video projects, and other learning artifacts.
• Build and administer SharePoint solutions, including PowerShell scripting, data ingestion, and process maintenance.
• Design and administer Joomla sites, including migration from Joomla 3 to Joomla 5.
• Conduct needs assessments, instructional research, course design, lesson creation, delivery, feedback collection, and program evaluation.
• Integrate AI tools into existing workflows and communicate their use to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management, instructional designers, subject matter experts, and instructors while supporting classroom learning technologies and photography needs.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph applicable to the customer.
• Demonstrated SharePoint experience, including PowerShell scripting for data ingestion and SharePoint scripts.
• Experience with Joomla site design and administration, including Joomla 3-to-5 conversion.
• Experience creating and maintaining web-based training solutions.
• Proficiency in website coding and development using PHP, JavaScript, C++, and related languages.
• Hands-on experience using and integrating AI tools into workflows, with the ability to explain their use to others.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or a related field.
• UX/UI ability certification.
