What you will do

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage and update content across multiple WordPress websites.
• Configure and maintain WordPress themes and plugins, including troubleshooting.
• Optimize content, metadata, tagging, and site performance for search engines.
• Monitor Google Analytics and user behavior to guide content and user-experience improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, development, copywriting, and program teams, and provide WordPress training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of content management experience.
• Professional experience managing WordPress websites, including Gutenberg and popular plugins.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kadence, WP Fusion, Yoast SEO, Gravity Forms, or Relevanssi Search.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
