Tech Lead, APAC (Gaming Commerce)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for local partners and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain webpages and web applications for partner and business needs.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a small distributed engineering team across regions.
• Collaborate with regional business development and product stakeholders on technical delivery.
• Balance hands-on engineering work with people leadership and drive code quality, delivery, and engineering practices.
• Escalate and resolve technical or partner-facing issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical or engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineers or engineering teams.
• Fluent Korean and English, written and spoken.
• Experience developing and maintaining webpages or web applications.
• Experience managing distributed or cross-regional teams.
• Strong communication skills and experience gathering requirements directly from local partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in adtech or offer monetization platforms.
• Background in payments, gaming, or digital commerce.
• Experience with global or cross-functional engineering organizations.
