Packaging Technician (FMCG)

Location: Granollers, Spain; hybrid work with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the month.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for packaging innovation, strategic projects, new product implementation, and project handovers.
• Support FMEA activities, SAP data introduction, artwork design and approval, and external artwork team training.
• Develop tertiary packaging specifications, validate end-of-line configurations, and conduct transport tests.
• Manage supplier capability and capacity development, including duplicate specifications for new suppliers.
• Improve packaging quality, production processes, line efficiency, and delivery methods in partnership with Operations.
• Support business continuity, regulatory implementation, operator training, packaging changes, and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Experience in supply chain packaging; FMCG packaging experience is desirable.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of 2D and 3D software.
• Methodical, organized, accountable, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills with a sense of ownership.
