Project Supply Manager (HW Subcontracting)

What you will do

• Represent Procurement toward programmes and programmes toward Procurement.
• Define procurement approaches and coordinate tender evaluation, supplier selection, and negotiations.
• Coordinate Procurement Contract Management, Commodity Management, Supply Chain and Quality Management, and Supplier Development Management.
• Manage subcontracted hardware activities such as EGSEs and harnesses.
• Ensure on-quality, on-time, and on-cost delivery of products, documentation, and services.
• Prepare consolidated reporting covering hardware cost, total cost of ownership, delivery metrics, issues, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or finance.
• English and Spanish at negotiation level required.
• Experience in procurement, legal, or commercial functions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating procurement or commercial contracts.
• Experience working with customers and suppliers, including supplier senior management.
• Knowledge of supplier proposal review, export control, subcontract management, supplier management, change processes, invoicing, payment, and dispute resolution.
