Multi-Unit General Manager / Director of Operations (Automotive)

Location: Rotating weekly among Brandon, Riverview, and Apollo Beach, Florida, United States

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 base salary per year, plus uncapped profit sharing

What you will do

• Lead operations across three high-volume automotive repair locations and drive sales, car count, profitability, and healthy margins.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and existing store teams while supporting near-zero voluntary turnover.
• Enforce hirify.global processes from digital vehicle inspection through final customer handoff.
• Maintain consistent premium shop standards, workflows, and customer experience across all three locations.
• Work directly from service counters and shop floors to teach, audit, and improve operations in real time.
• Build relationships with local churches, ministries, nonprofits, and community organizations and coordinate outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing automotive repair operations or automotive retail.
• Experience managing multiple locations or an exceptionally high-volume single location.
• Strong ability to manage rotating operations across three shops and optimize KPIs and P&Ls.
• Ability to work on-site, remain on your feet for most of the day, maintain a brisk pace, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles and communicate clearly with customers and team members by phone and computer.
