Branch Manager I (Automotive Auction Operations)

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; work takes place in a typical business office environment and both indoors and outdoors year-round. Travel of approximately 20% is required.

Salary: $60,050–$75,090 per year

What you will do

• Manage the overall operations and financial performance of an assigned auction branch.
• Plan and execute activities that support profitability, sales, customer service, and branch growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees, including onboarding and career development planning.
• Improve internal procedures and operating efficiency while maintaining service center staffing.
• Handle personnel matters, including hiring, termination, performance management, and employee relations.
• Oversee branch safety, security, company assets, and reporting of profit and loss results.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional experience with a strong operations background.
• Excellent customer relations skills and the ability to manage employees at multiple levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and personnel practices.
• Experience or knowledge in insurance, automotive, or parts industries, plus general mechanical knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
