Salary: $100,000+ annually, commission-based

What you will do

• Welcome customers and collect customer and vehicle information at the service drive.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle service needs accurately.
• Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare labor and parts estimates and explain completed work and charges.
• Coordinate service appointments, track repair progress, and keep customers informed.
• Collaborate with technicians, the parts department, and dealership personnel to support efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram is preferred; strong performance backgrounds with other manufacturers are considered.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with at least two years of driving experience.
• Availability for a full-time Monday–Saturday schedule, with Sundays and one weekday off.
