Territory Manager (Retail)

Location: Field-CT, United States; requires travel up to 95% weekly between locations

Salary: $77,400–$116,200 per year

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across convenience-store sites and support store managers.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and manage the performance of multi-unit teams.
• Monitor sales, expenses, profit and loss, inventory, cash controls, pricing, and store profitability.
• Execute company promotions and maintain store image, merchandising, environmental, and maintenance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, inspections, and unusual occurrences.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and coordinate communication between stores and corporate departments.

Requirements

• Progressive retail experience, including at least 3 years managing multi-unit retail, restaurant, or service organizations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Experience developing teams, managing performance, resolving conflict, and improving operational results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel weekly up to 95% and work a flexible schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
