General Manager (Cannabis Retail)

Location: Arnold, Missouri, United States; full-time, onsite dispensary role with flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Oversee daily dispensary operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, till settings, safe management, and store upkeep.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, employee reviews, scheduling, payroll responsibilities, and team communication.
• Drive revenue, sales performance, customer service, promotions, loyalty initiatives, and store KPIs such as ADS, UPT, and sell-through.
• Manage inventory intake, reconciliation, stocking, product aging and expiration, online menu accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, inventory procedures, METRC, and POS processes.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, IT, Facilities, compliance, systems, marketing, and other cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• At least 2–5 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis-related industries.
• At least 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in place of a degree.
• Experience with people management, culture building, cash management, inventory management, communication, critical thinking, and Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and work flexible hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and adaptability.
