Product Manager - Wellness and Social Health

Healthcare organization operating products and tools that involve confidential customer information and regulated health data.

What you will do

• Define the product value proposition, vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and experiments.
• Own the product backlog and regularly refresh and reprioritize it using input from internal and partner teams.
• Use metrics and qualitative feedback to identify product and asset improvement opportunities.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and communicate decisions from product teams to executive stakeholders.
• Drive cross-product and cross-customer value, shared learning, and execution with delivery teams.
• Attend sprint and milestone reviews and serve as the accountable owner for the designated product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education.
• At least 3 years of product management experience, including 3 years with the software lifecycle.
• At least 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• Business acumen for P&Ls, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Must work remotely from Pennsylvania, United States.
• Ability to protect confidential customer information and comply with HIPAA, data security, legal, and ethical requirements.
