Manager, Product Management, Member Interaction & Engagement Data (Healthcare)

Location: Remote or office-based in Pennsylvania, United States. Physical work site attendance is frequently required. Travel is less than 25%.

What you will do

• Support product strategy and roadmap development for member interaction and engagement data products.
• Use member engagement data from voice, text, digital, and print channels to support personalization, administrative efficiency, and omnichannel experiences.
• Ideate and sequence data products while building data needs roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee requirements definition, backlog quality, product development, and launches across a portfolio of products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and product management teams through agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
• Conduct customer research, user testing, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff productivity responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience or education.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and market research techniques.
• Ability to work in the United States from the Pennsylvania-based remote or office work arrangement.
