Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Office-based or remote within the USA; travel of 25–50% required.

Salary: $149,000–$191,500 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap, pricing, and business cases for clinical analytics solutions.
• Translate complex clinical analytics, physician preference item, and healthcare procurement problems into milestones and prioritized initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, product pods, operations, sales, marketing, clinical strategy, finance, and customer success to deliver and launch products.
• Research customer needs and market gaps through engagement with clinicians, value analysis committees, supply chain leaders, and healthcare organizations.
• Develop value propositions, sales tools, product messaging, customer-facing training, and go-to-market plans.
• Ensure healthcare data privacy, security, legal, and regulatory requirements are addressed while measuring clinical and financial product outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of related professional experience, including 4+ years in product management.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical analytics, or hospital and health system procurement and supply chain.
• Experience developing data or analytics products that solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• Expertise in physician preference items, value analysis, provider procurement processes, clinical analytics, and procedural or surgical supply chain data.
• Strong technical fluency, roadmap ownership, stakeholder communication, cross-functional leadership, and decision-making skills.
