Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Charlotte, North Carolina; Hoffman Estates, Illinois; or Hudson, Ohio, United States. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and commercial execution for unified enterprise service solutions.
• Conduct continuous discovery with healthcare customers, buyers, vendors, and service providers, using behavioral and operational evidence to guide decisions.
• Design AI-enabled service workflows for triage, routing, predictive intelligence, entitlement decisions, benchmarking, and decision support.
• Build customer-facing analytics, benchmarks, and visualizations covering program performance, vendor quality, costs, coverage, and ROI.
• Productize the vendor and service-provider network, including performance, quality, routing, SLAs, tools, and incentives.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Platform, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to deliver and commercialize the portfolio.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience focused on technology-enabled service solutions and/or B2B SaaS platforms.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, or a technical field.
• Experience working across integrations, data models, platform dependencies, product analytics, and cross-functional engineering partnerships.
• Demonstrated continuous discovery, evidence-based decision-making, product strategy, and service program ROI ownership in B2B environments.
• Experience bringing products to market with marketing, sales, and customer success, including positioning, launches, and enablement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology, supply chain, healthcare technology management, service contracts, or enterprise asset management experience.
• Experience shipping AI- or ML-enabled product features and designing trustworthy human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience productizing a marketplace, vendor network, or service-provider network.
• Experience building customer-facing analytics or data-visualization products.
• Product management certification, Product Operating Model, Shape Up, or UI/UX experience.
