Product Marketing Manager — Futures & Options (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL; in-person three days per week

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus of 8–12% of base salary.

What you will do

• Run continuous adoption campaigns for futures and options.
• Partner with Product Managers on feature-release calendars and go-to-market plans across in-app, email, push, and help content.
• Target underused, high-value features to improve attach rates and adoption.
• Segment the active customer base to prioritize high-impact campaigns.
• Report adoption KPIs and use performance data to prioritize future campaigns.
• Own messaging and positioning for futures and options across Sales, Support, and Content.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in fintech or trading.
• Demonstrated success improving adoption or attach-rate metrics.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Product.
• Data fluency and excellent written communication.
• Deep familiarity with derivatives trading behavior, especially options and futures.
• Ability to work in the Chicago office three days per week.
