What you will do

• Support the development and execution of business plans and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
• Analyze growth opportunities, including market expansion, new product development, and service offerings.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions analysis, including target identification, due diligence, and financial modeling.
• Prepare business plans and coordinate KPI reporting for stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills, experience, and qualifications.
• One to four years of financial analysis and reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, AI tools, and data sets.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Excel skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting financial services, fintech, payments, banking, or technology organizations is preferred.
