TL;DR
Financial Analyst (Finance): Evaluating financial data and delivering insights that inform executives and improve operations with an accent on translating analysis into clear recommendations and partnering across departments. Focus on identifying performance trends, presenting findings to leadership, and supporting business strategy for a growing North American company.
Location: On-site at the Corporate Headquarters, Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. Ability to travel up to 10% is required.

What you will do
- Evaluate financial data and deliver actionable analytical insights supporting operations and business strategy.
- Translate financial analysis into clear written summaries and present findings to leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify performance trends.
- Develop recommendations that improve business operations and support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
