Manager, Supply Planning

Location: New York, NY; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Base salary: $91,600–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and continuously refine time-phased supply plans and inventory strategies for multiple product categories.
• Optimize SKU-level service and inventory across plants, co-packers, in-transit stock, and distribution centers.
• Coordinate production scheduling and supply requirements with contract manufacturers.
• Build assumption-based inventory plans using demand, supply, logistics, distribution, and finance inputs.
• Model scenarios, communicate tradeoffs, and recommend actions to stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, reduce excess and obsolete inventory, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• BA or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of experience in supply and/or inventory planning, ideally in a CPG environment, plus 4+ years of broader operations experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including inventory modeling for complex supply networks.
• Experience with ERP systems required; SAP strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, independent prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work from idea through execution.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced omnichannel environment spanning DTC and retail.
