TL;DR
HR Business Partner (Strategic Human Resources): Partnering with business leaders to shape talent strategies, build high-performing teams, and manage complex employee and organizational matters with an accent on succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and change management. Focus on coaching leaders, resolving sensitive workforce issues, advising on reorganizations, and improving HR service delivery.
Location: Miami, Florida; in-office at a designated South Florida office Monday through Thursday, with work from home permitted on Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.

What you will do
- Partner with business leaders and participate in leadership discussions to shape talent strategy.
- Coach leaders on feedback, performance management, conflict resolution, and change leadership.
- Support succession planning, talent reviews, employee development, performance management, and compensation planning.
- Advise on reorganizations, spans and layers, role clarity, and organizational change.
- Handle complex employee and HR matters in partnership with Employee Relations and HR Centers of Excellence.
- Identify opportunities to standardize HR processes and improve operational effectiveness and service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive Strategic Human Resources Business Partner experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strategic business acumen and the ability to connect business strategy with talent strategy.
- Strong leadership presence, communication, relationship-building, coaching, and conflict-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, ambiguous, and challenging situations.
- Ability to work from the South Florida office Monday through Thursday and be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
